Adept Carpentry, Queenstown builders specialising in high-quality residential and commercial construction, completed a full commercial renovation and cafe fit-out at The Boat Shed Cafe, an iconic Frankton Marina landmark on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.

The project included a complete interior renovation and custom timber work, creating a beautifully finished lakeside cafe in the heart of Queenstown.

Renovating a Heritage Building in Queenstown

Working within heritage building rules and restrictions presented some unique challenges. Our team planned carefully and worked closely with the relevant authorities to deliver a result that respects the character of the building while meeting the needs of a modern, busy cafe.
